Not necessarily. It's helpful if you have your own photos and ideas about what you'd like to say, but I'll help you work out what information you need and how to organise it.

You'll need a domain name — that's your website's address, such as yourbusiness.com.au. If you don't have one yet, we can help you choose and register one.

Your website needs somewhere to live on the internet. We can provide hosting for $149 per year, including the security certificate your website needs to operate securely. You're also welcome to use your own hosting.

Yes. Your website and domain belong to you. There's no lock-in. If you decide to move to another hosting provider in the future, that's completely up to you.

Absolutely. You don't necessarily need a new website. If your existing site has problems, needs updating or just isn't working the way it should, we can take a look and help get it sorted.

That depends on how your website is built. We'll explain what's involved and, where appropriate, can set things up so you can make your own updates.

That's fine. The packages cover the most common types of small business websites, but I can also discuss larger or more specialised websites and provide a price before doing any extra work.

Yes. Online shops and more complex websites are possible, but they're different from our simple website packages. Tell us what you need and I'll discuss the best approach.

For a simple website, there's generally nothing you need to keep paying for apart from your domain and hosting. Larger or more complex websites may benefit from optional ongoing maintenance, which I'll discuss with you.
